Invitation

Dear Molecular Life Sciences Educators and Trainers,

We are excited to announce the first-ever Molecular Life Sciences Education and Training Conference in Europe, on March 20-23, 2024, organized by FEBS. This three-day event will be held in Antalya, Türkiye, and will bring together senior and junior scientists from all over the world to share their expertise and learn from each other.

The conference will feature a variety of activities, including but not limited to;
plenary talks - groundbreaking discussions led by distinguished plenary speakers
hands-on workshops – because the best learning happens when you're elbows-deep in the action!
meet the expert – dedicated to bolstering both faculty development and the soft skills training of our next-gen scientists
certification opportunities - elevate your CV and LinkedIn profile! Yes, we're making both your brain and resume look greater! These certifications will demonstrate your commitment to excellence in molecular life sciences education and training
poster and oral presentations – because we want to learn about your journey as well!
networking opportunities - build bonds stronger than hydrogen bonds! Forge valuable connections, engage in spirited discussions, and collaboratively envision the future of molecular life sciences education
light-hearted learning - expect more than a few chuckles as we weave humor into education. After all, a laughing brain is a learning brain!

We know that you are busy, and that you may be hesitant to take the time to attend a conference. Think of this conference as a starter pack to turbocharge your education role in molecular life sciences. Whether you're an educator aiming to rekindle your teaching flame, or a newbie eager to dip your toes into the world of education, there's something here for everyone. Because this event is an opportunity for you to learn from the best and brightest in the field, and to network with other educators and trainers who are passionate about making a difference in the lives of their students.

We urge you to register for the conference today. It will be an experience that you will never forget. Come to gather, share, learn, and shape the next era of molecular life sciences education!

Here are some additional reasons why you should attend the conference:
  • Learn from the best. We have invited a number of distinguished speakers, who will share their insights on the latest trends in molecular life sciences education and training.
  • Network with other educators and trainers. This is a great opportunity to meet other people who are passionate about making a difference in the lives of their students. Also a great chance to learn from others, share your own ideas, and build relationships that will last a lifetime.
  • Get hands-on experience. The conference will feature a variety of hands-on sessions, so you can learn the latest teaching techniques and try out new equipment.
  • Be inspired. The conference is a great place to get inspired and learn about new ways to teach and train molecular life sciences students.
In the words of Isaac Newton, "If I have seen further, it is by standing on the shoulders of giants."

Let's stand together, shoulder to shoulder, to elevate and reshape the way we perceive, teach, and advance molecular life sciences.

Join us in Antalya, and let's co-create the future. Your journey, your insights, and your expertise are the essence that will make this conference truly transformative.

So, pack your luggage and your zest for knowledge. Let's converge in Antalya, where the sun meets science, and where your next big "Eureka!" moment awaits.

Warmly,

P.S. If you are still hesitating, here is one last reason to attend: the food in Antalya is amazing!
